For this bowling set for my 1.5 year old. To say it’s a cute set, is to say nothing. The colors are bright and vibrant. The material is strong and sturdy. I love how stable all the pieces are. The variety of figurines is great! The size of the bowling set is good also. My kid enjoys throwing the ball and trying to knock the pieces down. This toy is not only fun to play with, but also is very educational. You can teach your child the color, the animals and the count. The bowling set functions in many ways. I’m happy I got it. Definitely recommend.

This kids bowling set is great. The pins aren’t hard and Will avoid injures. The paint quality is great, they are perfect size for children. Great way to learn how to bowl and to work on motor skills with your kids.

My mother bought the older version for the grandkids unfortunately we returned them because they wouldn't fall over. I nor my husband could get them to fall over :/ But a bit later I was looking for a birthday gift for my nephew and stumbled across this newer version. I took a chance and purchased 2 (1 for my kiddos and 1 as a gift). I am satisfied that they do fall over!!!!! It's a fun game with cute animal designs.

Grandkids love this bowling game, one takes a turn The other throws a fit! I purchased it for my grandson he is 1 yro, however, my 2 granddaughters ages 3,4 have a blast. It’s reasonably priced, quality product, easy to pack up (as it comes with a bag to keep it all together) it is plastic, durable but keep in mind hard when they throw it at each other and me. Overall no little pieces, so it’s safe for little kids. Fun game teaching them how to take turns. It’s a work in progress.

This is a cute, well-made bowling set, but it didn’t quite hold my 2-year-old’s attention yet. He enjoyed knocking the pins over a few times, but I think he’s still a bit young to fully grasp the bowling concept. I can see this being a much better fit for ages 3+. The quality is great, as expected from Melissa & Doug. It’ soft, lightweight pins with adorable designs, plus a handy carry case. While it’s not a big hit for us right now, I plan to put it away and bring it back out as he gets older.

15 mo doesn’t quite understand the concept of throwing the ball but she knows the pins have to go down! lol I think she will learn. It’s cute. Good quality, the right weight.

The item itself is as advertised, for sure. So I give it 5 stars. However, my daughter has permanently put it away, as her toddler son just wants to throw everything around and hasn't grasped the concept of bowling yet... and the pins have some weight, as well as the ball! Now, I think the weight of the items is a plus, and I'm hoping she finds the patience in a few months to try again. :)

Very cute play set. One of the pins came broken. I contacted Melissa and doug directly who advised they are sending out a replacement. Top notch customer service! I love Melissa and Doug.

Nice set of bowling pins for todlers. The animals are not that soft as expected but our little one has a lot of fun with it. Also good for development of motoric skills.

I have 3 grandchildren under the age of 5 and they all love this toy.

It’s still early days yet, but so far it’s a win in our house. At the moment, it’s more about putting the pins into the bag and taking them out than playing with it for bowling. The characters are cute and the giraffe with the curved horns is extra-special. The bag is handy to store them in. I have had to take them away once or twice because they’ve caused frustration (tries to pull pins out of bag, but is too little/eager to get it out without help).
