Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs, Leg Spray-On Makeup, Medium Glow 4.4 Oz

I have used this product for 20+ years to make my legs, feet, neck, chest and arms look tan and silky smooth. I actually discovered it when I was attending the Emmy's once and someone I was there with had the most gorgeous legs. I commented on the fact she was wearing hose and she said she wasn't. She had this stuff on (she was also in her 60s and her legs looked like she was in her 20s). I bought some immediately and have used it ever since. I use it on the areas that are showing that day in whatever I am wearing, and sometimes I mix it with lotion (winter time mostly) so it is more subtle. It doesn't rub off much (it will a little if clothes are rubbing against it all night but it comes out in normal wash cycle). Makes your legs as smooth as if you had hose on. I haven't worn hosiery even in business suits, or ballgowns which used to do, since I discovered it. I use it on my feet in open toed shoes, and always use a little mixed with lotion on my neck and chest. It just makes you have a subtle glow tan (I recommend Medium Tan color...not the darker ones) and makes your skin look amazing and youthful. My rings and bracelets even look better when I have it on my hands. Best product discovery I've had in decades. I tell everyone about it and I pray Sally never discontinues it (I consider her and I on a first name basis at this stage). It seems like whenever I love a product and the company discontinues it, so I stock up on this one. HIGHLY recommend!

Yes! It makes my legs look younger, more toned and blends out imperfections. I learned to pay attention to application-it can streak easily and leave residue on hands and clothes. So I apply first thing, then do makeup and hair, with a lotion mit, to give it time to dry.

I like this product. No it doesn't look like a natural tan. But it does look "good enough" to cover up all the blue veins I have on my lily white legs. I use it when I'm not going to be in the bright sunlight. Perfect for an evening out when you don't have a natural tan. It covers well. Jump in the shower before you go to bed, or whenever you want to take it off. You will have a cloth that is covered with the flesh colored lotion. I have not had any rub off or stain. I'm happy to use it for this purpose. One star deducted because after using it once the spray nozzle is almost impossible to depress. I'm hoping cleaning up the spray nozzle it will flow better.

Do you want your legs to great? Then you have to buy this product. It does not rub off on your clothes and lasts all day.

This stuff is good when you can get your money’s worth out of the bottle. This is the THIRD BOTTLE that I’ve bought and the last three bottles were bought at different times, so I looked at the lot numbers and they came from different lots, so I know it just wasn’t a bad lot. But half way using this product it stops spraying. It loses its pressure inside of bottle and I still have 3/4 of a bottle left. For the money I’ve spent it has REALLY PISSED ME OFF. I called the manufacturer and complained, of course they asked for the lot numbers first thing, but since they all three were bought months apart with different lot numbers, that blew that theory out of the water. They said we will send you a couple coupons to make up for your inconvenience and loss. They did send me two coupons but I bought three bottles that had done this to me. They said the coupons must be used at in store and not through Amazon or over line. So I took the coupons and went to Walgreens and they WOULD NOT ACCEPT THEM, I went to CVS AND THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT THEM. They tried but their system FLAGGED IT. WALMART ( aka CHINAMART) doesn’t carry the “SallyHannson” spray. So now I have two bottles left that are more than half full with NO PRESSURE IN THEM, TWO COUPON’S THAT ARE FREAKING USELESS and out of at least $45 to $50 bucks. So DON’T BUY THIS GARBAGE. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. If you like to just throw money away, then by all means go ahead and purchase. As for myself SALLY HANNSON TAN SPRAY WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER CENT FROM ME. Seems all you get these days is nothing but junk, and no one stands behind their products. Everyone is out to screw you out of your money.

I used this product and liked it, a long time ago, but I decided to buy it again this past summer before trying more expensive body coverage makeup. I am SO glad I did! I'm 47 and have some veins on the back of my knees that are too costly to remove professionally. This covers imperfections completely. It provides full coverage if you like, I apply one layer and let it dry (takes a couple of minutes) and then add an additional layer where I want more coverage. But! If you're in a hurry, you really don't even need to do that. It goes on evenly, easily with one layer. I usually have my husband spray my legs outside before heading out, but I also do it myself in my shower. It feels a bit heavy wearing it initially but once it dries, I haven't experienced an issue with it bothering me. It's also surprisingly water-resistant. I wore it to the beach and waterpark visits all summer and it lasted several hours of light swimming without needing to be touched up. I pair this with an SPF 30 spray on bronzing sunscreen and it looks amazing. It did rub off on my white swimsuit cover-up but I'm not sure if it was because I didn't let it dry long enough or not. It washed out of my cover-up in the wash when treated with a stain remover. I recommend Zout Fels-Naptha Laundry Bar, which removes oily stains.

It does have a good final look but I do see orange color if sprayed directly on the legs. I have an olive complection so it blends. You have to spray in hands and then apply. After 20 minutes, I can still use tissue and lightly brush my legs and powder does come off but not all color. I would NOT wear with white! I would also make sure to apply lotion before applying.

Good color and ease of application, not orange looking. I would spray outdoors or in shower and use a brush or applicator pad to smooth color after a few seconds. After it dries well (I wait 10 minutes), buff with a soft cloth to add a sheen and remove any excess. I did not do that first time and knelt on floor and left a powder residue on carpet. Still one of the best and affordable products out there. It stays on through water but comes off with soap.
