Dickies 16-Pocket Workshop Bib Apron

It's awesome! I absolutely love it As and I only wish I had bought it sooner!! Been a long time buyer of Dickies® Work Wear- and as usual this brand doesn't disappoint. It has always remained the best possible quality for my life money. Carhartt Is overpriced and never fit right - Dickies® Duck Pant™ is the same type of thick 'canvas' type of material that rivals the same thing as what many other brands sell you for much more $. This apron by Dickies® is as affordable as it is dependable-- built with quality materials, and designed with the end user in mind: the working man/woman/people in general. I like that this apron is not long fitting. It comes down to cover my belt buckle and maybe 2 or 3 inches below depending on how much slack I let out in the adjustments. And there are plenty of adjustment in the neck, and the X criss cross that ultimately buckles on the lower right side. The buckle snaps in place and holds firm- feels very sturdy. There are a ton of pockets - and loops on each side for hammers or whatever- the chest has a perfect spot for a little notepad, and then 3 Pens/Pencils/Sharpie's. I have my sharpie, a G2 Pilot and my pencil all of which fit without any issue. I don't even use all of the pockets - but there's plenty & they're roomy. The design is perfect. And it's lightweight despite being a solid thickness. I definitely recommend this one!!

Very happy with this, great value. Lightweight but durable fabric which makes it wearable even in a warmer shop. Sits well on my frame (5'8", waist 33-34") and snugs in nicely. Pockets are well designed, I can get to items as needed and they don't pop out when I move around, bend over etc... Good length and wrap for me, but might not work as well on very tall, long torso or heavier person. Straps are comfortable and wide enough to not bite. I added two grommets as a way both to hang it up when not in use as well as attach items to small carabiners. I may end up sewing the larger chest pocket to create two narrower slots, but so far, so good.

I was a bit skeptical about the length of the bib apron, but it is perfect even as tall as I am. The neck and waist belts could be simplified a bit, maybe have a separate neck ring (adjustable), and an adjustable waist belt, having them both together makes for some issues when trying to adjust the belts. Overall, the fit is perfect, seems the quality is very good, and it should hold up in the shop. Like the pockets (as it seems one never has enough pockets). The apron hangs low enough to give good frontal chest and waist protection, but doesn't bunch up like other longers ones when one sit. I certainly recoomend this shop apron.

Best apron I’ve found! I’m a woodworker but also a lady and most aprons have the pockets too high and are hindered by my girlies or uncomfortable because of the position of the pockets. These pockets rest perfectly on my hips where you’d generally grab for supplies. It does have a couple of higher pockets for your handy dandy writing utensil and maybe a small writing pad because I have the memory of a goldfish. I’m buying a second one so I can have one at work and at my home shop!

I am a 5'6" 145lb female in need of pockets. The apron adjusts to fit perfectly. It's easy to cinch the waist so the pockets are the level you wish. This is not a heavy duty apron. I typically carry about 2-3 pounds of "stuff" in the pockets. At that weight, the apron doesn't sag at all, stuff is completely accessible, and it's completely comfortable. I suspect though, that with much more weight, the straps might start to dig into wearer's shoulders after a while. The quality is good. The stitching is reinforced where it needs to be, and all the loops/pockets are there. The fabric is a nice compromise between durable and as light/cool as an apron can be.

This fits funny. I wanted a shorter vest, but the adjustment for the shoulder straps is way down the back and is attached to the belt strap by one connection. So, if you want to shorten the shoulder straps, it pulls the belt strap way up. Then to tighten up the belt strap, it pulls the shoulder straps way over to one size. Plus, the pockets are too large, and many things fall out when you bend over. The material is much thinner than most Dickies material. But, it’s cheap. So, it’s usable, and I’ll probably appreciate the thinner material as warm weather approaches. But, I will surely buy something more substantial, making sure the shoulder straps are independently adjustable.

LOVE this apron! Bought one for my friend, too, who has had issues with waist size. Aprons are super adjustable, and fit our different body shapes great. Seriously wonderful pockets. Well made and cool over clothes, unlike sweaty overalls. Bravo, Dickies!!!!!

Very durable and comfortable with a adjustable shoulder strap and plenty of pockets makes this ideal for the shop. Love it!

Does what it's supposed to. Could use a few more pockets, but it's a good apron. Very durable.
