While this is beautiful it arrived broken in pieces…not worth trying again😢

I ordered three. They are different heights and shapes (the opening on one is off center and angled). I get that they are each a unique color pattern, but they should be the size listed and all match in size and shape. One was more than 1/2 inch shorter than the others. I opted to put it in the middle of my 3 sconce fixture so that it would look less wonky but these are definitely not worth the money. I wish I had just gone to Home Depot or Lowes where I could have looked at and selected the ones that best matched. In the future I will not buy an item like this online. Lesson learned.

I purchased these shades on two separate occasions, and each time, I received broken shades. It took about 4 or 5 deliveries for me to finally receive 3 total unbroken shades. I still give the product 4 stars, however, because the company was so generous and easy to work with, and the shades also look very nice. The patterns between the 3 shades I purchased are slightly different, as stated in some other reviews, however, I like this feature; it gives my bathroom a nice look.

When I read the advertisement, it appeared that the shades was higher. A diagram with the dimensions would have been helpful.

We purchased 11 of these shades for use in our bath and the guest bath. They are well made and look nice. Patterns are slightly different on each one which helps with the style. I have smoke gray bulbs in each one which brings out the style of the shade.

While I realize each one is supposed to be unique, I ordered 2 & they really don't come close to matching. One has bold black swirls, the other is much more the white background color. I'm going to use them, but really wish they were closer in design. Probably whoever picked the order just wasn't paying attention. They are really nice.

Ordered two, one arrived broken. Why must I return broken shade to get a replacement? Not sure they want the shards back. Why not offer to replace without me returning the shards? The one shade that arrived unbroken is pretty. Wish I had two arrive unbroken. No point in purchasing without the pair in tact.
