get what you pay for?
I have often felt some of the hi tech running stuff I bought was over priced and kind of 'marketing hype' but I do see a difference buying this cheaper shirt. The main thing is care, just look at this shirt wrong and it wrinkles, No matter how careful you wash and dry, it will wrinkle some. Never had that problem with my other running shirts or shorts. it is a slightly different feeling fabric almost like the old terry/poly blends from back in the day. This shirt is already starting to unravel in a spot or two (I have running gear from several companies that has shown little to no wear over the years). The Good:Fits as expected and hangs well on the bodyNot too tight or too looseStays coolDecent looking, nice color (True Red)The Bad:Wrinkles very easyCan bounce around some when runningDoes not seem like it will last long, already seeing damage and wear after a month or two.I did just buy a second one in a different color so it can not be all that bad, but think it is more a case of not finding anything better yet and not wanting to drop $30 to $40 on stuff that appears decent online that I am not familiar with. Hopefully having two of these in the rotation might make them last longer.UPDATE: The second one I bought is a Royal Blue. It looks good too, nice coloring and fits well, Like how it hangs on body. It seems less prone to wrinkling than the red one, or it hides them better..still does wrinkle a little though but not as bad as the red one...

Sizing runs large
Haven't really put this shirt through its paces in my exercise routine yet so I can't comment on how well it performs as a moisture-wicking undergarment. Maybe I'll add something about that later. But I did want to comment on size. I'm taller (a little over 6'4") and have an athletic build. Classically, I've worn large/tall sizes. It used to be that standard-sized shirts were almost always too short in the torso, and medium-sized shirts were usually a bit too tight around the torso. I have a 40-42 chest, btw. Recently, clothing made abroad that is supposed to be size medium runs a bit too big around for me, and it's sometimes long enough or even a bit too long. I guess management in the countries where most of U.S. clothing is made have gotten the memo that all Americans are fat, and maybe that they're all tall, too? Bottom line is that the fit of this shirt is ok on me: it's long enough and even fits a bit loosely around my girth. I actually think I could've gotten by with the small size, incredibly enough. That said, I'm not dissatisfied with the fit and won't take away any stars on that account. I may bump this review up to five stars once I'm able to assess the fabric's moisture-wicking performance.

good shirt but not everything it's billed as
This shirt fits just as the image indicates. I'm not sure why it's called a "muscle shirt" when it fits far too loosely to show off anything other than your exposed arms, but as I said, it matches the picture. It looks much nicer than the cheap cotton sleeveless tees I usually work out in. In fact, an attractive woman in the gym started putting herself in front of me repeatedly to get noticed after ignoring me previously. You can't get a better indicator than that. It feels nice, gives me complete freedom of movement, and despite being polyester I didn't get warmer in it than cotton. In my own experience, the claim about it resisting moisture is laughable. My back and the back of the shirt were soaked half way through my workout, and the gym has good air conditioning. In fact I had to hang it up to dry before putting it in the hamper, just like my cotton shirts.Had there been no claim made about this item resisting moisture, I'd give it 5 stars, but I don't think anything that fails to live up to its advertising should get a "perfect" rating. I like it enough that I will buy several more. It's a very good item, just don't expect it to stay dry.

Really Nice Workout Shirt
This is a great shirt for working out at the gym. Very breathable material, they feel much cooler on me than cotton T-shirts, plus they are smooth against my skin not clingy after my body has heated up from weight lifting. I am no Mr. Atlas, but I have a well toned upper body. These fit very well through my chest without suffocating me plus the lower section is ample but not baggy on me. I am 5'10" and medium fits perfectly. This is the best shirt that I have ever worn for working out. I already have the navy/steel shirt and the brighter royal blue shirt (love this color) which I wear all the time at the gym. I just ordered the true red. They seem to be pretty colorfast in the laundry. I have washed them in normal warm water wash over and over again and they come out great without fading....I also like that they are smooth, silky feeling and very easy to remove in the changing room after workout, no struggling to get them off like some shirts I have worn that were more cottony. Sometimes man-made fibers are better, this is one time it really works.

Inexpensive and nice!
I bought an XL and they are still just a hair baggier than a perfect fit. But I usually wear a Xxl in athletic tops and read reviews saying they run big. So I went one size down and am very happy with how they look and thanks to Russell Athletics for the confidence boost making me feel skinnier in an XL. the material is thin and moisture wicking, very comfortable. The arm holes on the XL aren't too small or too huge where you can see 1/2 down your side. Just the right size. Would recommend!

Exactly what I ordered
This is exactly what I expected. It fits perfectly, no tag at the neck although there is one on the left side at the bottom. The back of the neck has a mini padded area along the seam so you don't get any annoying rubbing on the back of your neck. Doesn't keep me really dry, but sure does a LOT better then wearing normal shirts, I don't feel like I just hopped out of the shower now. I'm satisfied and will get more.
