Macho took the pants from its best selling uniform, the Traditional 8.5oz, so you can buy them separately. Mix and match with another color gi top or pair them up with your school t-shirt. Pants feature seven rows of stitching on the cuff. Crotch is reinforced with triangular inseam inserts. Elastic waistband with drawstring for perfect fit..

and they fit comfortably and probably like they are supposed to -- but ...
I am in the height/weight range for the size 4 (see size chart, these are the manufacturers sizes not a department store rack size 4), and they fit comfortably and probably like they are supposed to -- but just be aware, there is a Ton of thigh room, and you will not look remotely shapely or attractive in them, lol. :D They are Kung Fu pants, not fashion items, though. The gusseted crotch is great, my best hiking pants all have this feature. The fabric is a bit shiny like a cotton poplin, though the weave is more of a twill type. Fabric is 65 cotton/45 poly. I washed mine after trying them on and deciding to keep them, which didn't change them much -- still have a lot of body / crispness. I would call the fabric medium-weight, like a light denim or a sturdy khaki. A really nice touch is they have the seven narrow rows of stitching at the hem, like is often seen on Asian clothing. Besides decoration it serves a practical purpose of keeping the pant legs hanging properly. Elastic waist is double-stitched. The only thing I don't like so well is the white shoelace-type drawstring isn't very aesthetic, but it's a minor point. These pants seem like they will hold up well.

Fit and comfort
I ordered a size 7. I am a female who is plus size and most of my weight is in my hips and but. These are the only pants I was able to get on and pulled up over my hips. Unfortunately, there is no way I could bend over. Out of 3 different brands though this one came the closest to meeting my needs. Possibly the next size up would be great. They are of course made for the length of a giant. They were made out of good quality. I had to return mine since they didn't fit so I cant attest to their durability.

durable pants, wish they came in a slim fit
My son is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. He has been wearing these gi pants to class twice a week for years. I just bought him a 3rd pair. They hold up great. He has never worn a hole in one. They clean easily. He will come home after sitting on the gym floor with his pant very smelling and a light gray color. I only have to wash them, no bleach needed and they are white again. My only wish is that they came in a longer, slimmer fit. The fit of all gi pants assumes that as you get taller, you get wider. My son is 6 feet tall and 120 pounds. He either wears high waters, which works ok for TKD or they are super baggy.

Quality, good fit, great service
Nice quality. Stretch waist doesn’t irritate my daughter’s sensitive skin but it fits well. I buy a size larger and she rolls the bottom and they last a long time. Best brand

You could not make a worse pair of martial arts pants if you tried.
Unbelievable uncomfortable. They are itchy, rough to the touch, and unbearable to wear. They don't even stretch, and they are made for kicking. I ordered a 6 (I usually wear a 7) and they were comically big and way too baggy. I only wore them for about 4 seconds, I lifted my leg to test the flexibility of the material and they bind at the crotch way to much, it would be impossible to throw a axe kick, wheel kick, or even a decent roundhouse. I am going to return then as soon as I can. The company who made these has never trained in martial arts or even wore a pair of martial art pants.

Snug in the thigh...
I bought these to wear and alternate with another pair of pants from my new uniform, seeing as I had to retire 2 of my old adidas. The waist fits perfectly, size 4 is normally what I wear in adidas so I went with that. However these are a bit snug in the thigh only when I raise my legs to kick. Theyll work perfect once theyve been broken in a bit, but they do need a good break-in period.

Gi, What a Bargain!
The black Gi pants fit a tad small around the middle, but the length is great. They're comfortable when the material softens after the first several washings. They're durable as well. After a couple of months of training, wearing them 2-4 times per week (washing after every wear), they are still holding up well. I'm going to buy another pair.

Lightweight, comfortable
Comfortable but surprisingly sweaty compared to some heavier weight all cotton ones I have. I don't wear these for martial arts. Just daily wear including a long cycling commute. Good for cycling as there are no seams between me and the saddle. But as I mentioned above I am sweatier in these lighter ones more than the much heavier weight cotton ones I also have. Wash and dry well, and seem to hold the color very well (black). I ordered size 4 and they fitted me well (6', 160lbs). Rugged enough. I prefer the look of the drawstring kind I have but I wear my shirts over the waistline anyway.
