Great Betta tank!
I've had this tank for a week now, and I love it. It's great for a place where you have multiple possible viewing angles. From a single angle, you can sort of 'lose' your fish on the edges, which is why I think it's best for an open area. I have mine on a bookshelf which is in the corner of an L between my couch and desk, so as you move around the room you get a few different views. The filter is strong, but not too strong... just be sure you have some plants/rocks/places for your Betta to hide and take a break. As long as you have it installed with the water up to the appropriate level (marked on filter), it's really quiet. I don't use the LED light (with the water agitation from the filter it gets a bit too strobe-y for my liking), so I can't speak to its longevity. I just changed the water and the landscape, so my fish is busy exploring (snail buddy found a nice leaf and is hanging out). I added a video so you can get an idea of what it looks like from a stationary position and see how fishy kind of disappears/reappears as he goes around, and so you can get a sense of how quiet it is - pretty sure the dominant background sound is my computer fan!

Good tank but just buy it at Walmart
I got 2 one on Amazon and the other at Walmart and they are both the same thing, they both come with the same acrylic tank, filter, light and cap and they both say koller products on the filters box but if you can buy it at Walmart because the one from walmart comes with a micro usb cable, fish food and water conditioner. If you can find it at Walmart just buy it their its the same price and you get all the things you need to start. I have one betta in their but you can put some shrimp like ghost or cherry shrimp and/or some snails but it is to small for a goldfish long term. Also you have to know that since it is a cylindrical shape and it is acrylic the fish will get distorted if it is not in the middle, know what you are buying before you but it. It also makes a good night light if it didnāt have a fish because the light on all day can stress your betta. With a betta the filter does a good job keeping the water clear and it is not really strong so it is great for bettas.

Great tank, meh filter
The tank itself is great. Good size and the color light is awesome. The filter however didn't seen to work well and took up a lot of swimming space for our new betta. I decided to replace the filter since after the first 2 days, the water got all murky with the original. Now the water looks clear and our betta is happy with plenty of room to spread its fins. I would recommend the tank itself but not the filter that comes with it.

The aquarium is great. Problem with the light.
I bought 3 different styles of this aquarium in the last 2 months. I like them with one exception. I had problems with the light bar in all 3. In one of them it only had blue and white lights and they are suppose to have 4 colors. The second 2 the white light bulbs starting blinking when they weren't suppose to. I contacted Amazon regarding all of these issues and they sent me replacement units without a problem and I returned the faulty ones back. There is obviously an issue with the light bars in these units. I could see water getting into them after only a couple weeks. I'm sure that was causing the problems. Since these are LED lights they SHOULD last a long time. Obviously the company that makes these light bars are not producing a very good product. Since this happened to all 3 of the units I bought in the last 2 months in just a few weeks, I would say its not an isolated issue. For this reason I would say think twice about buying one. Granted Amazon replaced them with no issues and quickly but still...who wants to go through this kind of trouble. And I won't know for sure for a few weeks if this problem repeats itself again. To be honest...I'm pretty sure it will.

I want to trade lives with my fish š š
Heās living like a š and Iām low key jealous. The 10 gallon tank I had him in was more upkeep and noise than I wanted. I couldnāt be happier with this option. āØThe filter is quieter than my air conditioner. Itās tiny and I was skeptical but itās got crazy good suction and 20 minutes after set up Iām seeing the floaties from his old water disappear. āØThe body-to-living-space ratio is more spacious than me in my apartment. We all know bowls and small tanks suck for Bettas. This size and shape gives him plenty of room without taking up more than 12ā of surface space. āØIf my lights were this aesthetic I would be in nirvana. The š” light š” is my favorite feature 𤩠I didnāt expect it to have so many settings. Iāve got it slow fading between colors and itās peaceful and mesmerizing. It also has an adjustable timer -and- runs on 3 AAA batteries but also has a charging port! āØMoving in was a breeze for him. Set up couldnāt be easier. Rinse it out, fill it up, put some batteries in the light (no screw driver needed š), plug in the filter, place the lid on top, bask in the perfection š¤. Of course follow safety practices with the drop loop on the filter cord, water conditioner, temperature matching like you would transferring any tank. I didnāt know the tank would be plastic.. but I would have if I had actually read the full description and it doesnāt look cheap and is probably lighter for it so this isnāt a drawback for me. The filter took a while (5 minutes maybe) to actually start cycling water and it had me sweating, so donāt spaz when you plug it in and nothing happens. The video is just after introducing him to the tank, heās exploring and happy and eating. All in all Iām happy, heās happy, everything about the product and the seller exceeding my expectations. You can stop comparing products and go ahead and buy this now š

Awesome for a Betta!
Big for 3 gallons! PERFECT for a little betta! I was disappointed that an air pump didn't come with it because I've been seeing some customers have received an air pump with their tank. THIS DID NOT COME WITH AN AIRPUMP. All that came with it are: 1. water filter 2. LED light with multiple colors AND there's a setting where you can make it change colors every second! :) Really cool conversation piece!. 3. It is acrylic but light enough to fill to the max with water and carry it, assuming you are strong enough to do so. 4. Disappointed it didn't came with air pump and an airstone that can be put in the middle 5. I've added a mini betta heater to this tank for my betta (did not come with tank- I've purchased the heater at Petsmart). 6. The filtration system is way too strong for my Betta. It tries to suck him up when he's near it , which upsets him for a few seconds. 7. Light colors included: Red, Green, Blue, Pink, Purple, White... and probably more! Those are just the few that I can remember :) UPDATE: Tank is still crystal clear. Easy to carry (carefully). Filtration works well for 1 Betta. I wrapped the light in saran wrap to keep moisture from getting to it in hopes to prolong the life of it. I honestly can't hear it create any noise or sound- very quiet. Worth the money. I have it on my desk. I don't recommend it for kids to take care of because they can drop it and shatter it easily. Very clear- I think it's acrylic so I don't use abrasive things in or on it when cleaning it as I've heard it's easy to scratch. I also don't use anything in it with suction cups because I've heard those cups leave nasty permanent rings in the tank. I love this tank! You just have to know how to care for your tank. I baby both my 40gallon community tank and this tank to keep them in "show quality" condition. If you're gentle with the tank, it will be nice to you and it will sparkle.

Faulty Pump and weak Lights
I was very excited when I first received this product. I bought this for my 5 year old daughter's Beta fish, and figured it would be a wonderful night light with it's various different light displays. When I first plugged it in the lights were bright, the sound and watching the bubbles coming from the "filter" were calming but it didn't take long for that to change. After just a couple of weeks the lights became extremely dim. I'm just waiting for the LED to go completely out. However, the lights are the least of my concerns.. The so-called "filter pump" doesn't really filter and, soon after set-up, stopped pumping. When I saw that bubbles were no longer being produced I took out the pump to wash and wipe it in hopes to restore it to it's former state but no luck. The pump is loud when I plug it in, it's very annoying so we just leave it unplugged. It gets dirty very quickly and it's frustrating cleaning out a decent sized 3 gallon tank. The "fish guard" to keep the fish out of the center tube where the filter goes does not stay put. It constantly floats to the top and we've already witnessed the fish going into the tube while the filter was running (in the first days). The poor fish got injured and was swimming sideways for a bit, his once-beautiful purple fins got tore up, and we are surprised he is still alive after this. I'm considering buying a different tank from a different company. I'm just flat-out disappointed.
