is this a real hot wheel?

I never thought this would be a product that needed a review but this was the worst hot wheels car I have ever seen. It came packaged in the normal hot wheels packaging but the car itself seemed like it was painted with white out (not glossy, rough surface). I could literally write on it with in ink pen. Also the tail lights were unpainted. Hard to believe I regret purchasing this one cent product.
