Worked great
Worked so fast and so good. Removed all my lashes in just 5 minutes. It does burn if you get it in your eye so I recommend having someone help you or make sure to keep your eyes closed tightly. It comes with a card on how to remove them. Saved me money by not having to get them removed from a lash tech. My natural eyelashes were perfectly fine also. They were not damaged at all.

Fast, Clean Removal Without Damaging Lashes
This lash glue remover was honestly a life saver. I had extensions on that were irritating my eyes, clearly the glue I used was durable and I needed them off ASAP. My sister recommended this brand, so I gave it a try. At first, I thought it would work instantly, but it does take a few minutes (no more than 5). I applied a good amount to a Q-tip, coated the lash line, and let it sit after that, the extensions slid off easily with no leftover residue. The gel itself is lightweight, not overly sticky, and easy to apply right where you need it. It handled strong lash glue really well, loosening it without me needing to tug or pull at my natural lashes. Overall, I found it effective, gentle, and much easier to use than I expected. Definitely worth having on hand if you wear lash extensions.

BEWARE – Serious eye injury risk
I am leaving this review as a safety warning. This eyelash glue remover caused a chemical burn to my eye, even though I used it carefully. If you are considering this product, please understand that the risk is real. I too thought those saying this happened must have been careless with the product. But it can happen to anyone. Story: I applied by putting the product on a qtip and dabbing it on the top side of my eyelashes away from my skin. After the first try, everything worked great and my eyes just watered a little from the fumes. After I went to use it again - my eyes watered even more causing the product to get in my eye. It was some of the most EXCRUCIATING pain of my life. After flushing my eye, my vision was blurry the rest of the night with lingering redness 72 hours later. I later tried plain Vaseline, and my lash adhesive came off easily with no irritation at all. I wish I had tried that first.

Effective but Handle With Extreme Care!
The lash extension remover arrived right on time and was very simple to use. It definitely gets the job done quickly—my lash extensions came off without much effort. However, I really want to emphasize how careful you need to be with this product. If even a tiny bit gets into your eye, it burns badly, so make sure you have water nearby to flush your eye out immediately just in case. I learned the hard way that this formula is extremely strong: not only did it remove my lash extensions, it actually stripped the paint off my vanity where a bit accidentally dripped. And the thought that this goes on your eyelashes is honestly a little alarming! 😳 Overall, it works, but use with serious caution. This is one of those products where following the precautions isn’t optional—it’s essential.

10/10
This is the first lash remover I’ve bought so I can’t compare it to others but I do love it when I need to remove my lash extensions due to not being able to get a fill in time. I definitely learned how to properly use it through trial and error but now I can get my lashes off with zero burning in just minutes! Has a weird smell but nothing too crazy. DEFINITELY DO NOT OPEN YOUR EYES EVEN THE SMALLEST AMOUNT WHILE USING UNTIL ITS WASHED OFF AT LEAST 3 TIMES!!!!!!!! One time rinsing with water WILL NOT remove the product from your eye and it WILL burn and feel like you’re going to go blind lmfao. Definitely rinse well with warm water then use a gentle soap, then rinse again at least 2 more times. Having qtips and paper towels nearby during the removal process helps a lot. Sometimes I need to rinse the product off then reapply and leave for a few minutes to remove stubborn lashes.

Does the job!
This item exceeded my expectations. Very easy to use and once applied lashes started sliding off within a few minutes. Just gently keep eye closed and apply, it’s that simple. Once lashes were off I used a cotton pad to wipe away any excess. Repeat on other eye.

Does the job but is a hassle
did the job, didn’t burn my eyes because i kept my eyes shut but once i was able to take all of the extensions off and cleaned my eyes, there was leftover white, hard residue that wouldn’t come off but i was able to remove it by adding more gel onto the white hard spot. i noticed my eyes got irritated once i was done with both eyes. they looked a little puffy. i washed both eyes 3 times with micellar water and warm water but they still feel a little iffy. i made sure not to touch my eyelid with the gel and if i did, id clean it right away which is probably why my eyelids are puffy. also, they don’t burn but they feel dry. i’ll give it a 3 since i was able to get all of the extensions off but it is time consuming and will definitely irritate your eyes.

Lashes slid off like butter!
Wow! I got professional lash extensions done. It wasn't for me. A week later I decided to remove them. It would have cost $40 to get them professionally removed, but I wanted to try doing it myself first. This worked exactly like it said it would. I put the gel on a folded piece of paper towel, placed it over my eyes, and held it there for about 5 minutes (per eye). Lashes slid off like butter! Washed my eyes with soap and I was good to go. I got a little bit in one eye and it burned a bit, but that was my fault. If you make sure to keep your eyes closed during the process, you shouldn't experience any burning. I highly recommend. Definitely beats paying $40 at the salon.
