It's a tissue box holder
Exactly like the description. I like how there is weight to it. It's pretty and blends well with my room decor. Be warned. It's been nearly a year since my purchase and Amazon is still recommending me the matching towel, soap holder, etc of this set.

Very pretty and serves a purpose
Not only is this decorative, but it's weighty enough to hold the tissue box down when you grab for a tissue, so the whole box doesn't move with the tissue. It is breakable, though, ceramic, I think, so be careful where you set it. The design is so pretty, it looks like it's handpainted. The colors are true to the picture. It's a really pretty little addition to my decor. I don't think you could find a nicer tissue box cover (not a holder, you set this over the box to anchor and cover it).

Nice looking, well made and expensive looking. Hides cheap tissue boxes nicely. Looks great with the rest of the chirp accessories.
