O'Neill Wake Waterski Women's Reactor 3 USCG Vest

I loved the colors of this vest that is what prompted my order. I ultimately had to return the item however. After reading several reviews, the advice was to order a size or two up. I normally would wear a medium in most shirts so I ordered the size 12. I am 5' 5", 138-140 lbs, and a 34 B bra size and the vest was huge on me. Even tightening the buckles was not going to help. At least for me, I would order your normal size.

I love the life vest, it definitely floats because I don't know how to swim and it kept me afloat ... Only downside is that i got the small women's and it looks like kid size ... I'm very small, about 31 in around and it fits me, you can just see my chest and it makes my cleavage look like I've got some "false advertising" in ... But it works and I use it all the time!

Runs small. I weigh less than 120 and am considered skinny. It was very tight in bust. The armholes were great size and shape and it does what a jacket is supposed to do. Very lightweight and attractive. Will wear, just wish I had gotten a bigger size.

I bought this life vest for kayaking and general boating. In a kayak, I need my life vest to be flexible and non-bulky, so I can move easily. I wore out my previous vest and was looking for a replacement. This vest looked well-made at a reasonable price. It is in fact well-made and attractive. But the manufacturer claims it has a "minimal bulk design." Instead, when I tried it on, it looked and felt like I was wearing a heavy-duty bed pillow on my front. Hum. Kayaking while wearing bed pillow: not good idea (even if it's a floatable bed pillow). I'll be shopping for a life vest that genuinely has minimal bulk. Going to a store in-person and trying on vests may produce a better result.

This vest is in perfect shape but it is very hard to figure sizing out on here. I bought the size 8 and it is just a little big on my 11 year old girl who is athletic and wears a size 14.

I got this to wear on a jet ski. I was concerned about fit and how much it would ride up sitting down all day. I ordered a large based on other reviews that it ran small. I also had tried other brands on ina size M and they fit but were really snug. I can report that there is ZERO ride up!! Highly reccomend.

Since there are so many questions re size... my wife is 5'3", 120 pounds size 28 waist with a 34C bra and the Large fit her nicely, she's usually a small or a medium. She can move around comfortably in it, as much as she'd have to in a boat anyways. Feels durable, but we haven't tested it on the river yet.

Nice vest for the money. I only wish it had a pocket built in. The little ring on the bottom I intend to use to clip my paddle leash on.
