Ordered 27 of these frames - all arrived in perfect condition. The back of each glass pane has a sturdy tab that you can use to hold it with while you place your picture so you don't get fingerprints on the glass! Brilliant! The clasps turned easily so assembling 27 of these was an absolute breeze! They look very professional. I got the 11 x 15 black frame and used them for 8 x 12 patents - created a patent wall at work with 3 rows of 9. Perfect purchase - will definitely recommend and buy again.

I must have purchased this at a clearance price or something because I was not expecting this kind of quality for the price I paid (way better than Ikea). I bought the 8.5x10.5 frames, but it can actually hold 11x14 if you just fill up the see through boarders. These are perfect for diplomas, although it was a bit hard to center diplomas without any sort of visual guide. Putting the back glass on sometimes causes the diploma to shift and you'd have to readjust things again.Either way, I'm very pleased with the purchase and my only regret is that I didn't purchase more at the time. Price has gone up since i last purchased.

It adds depth to the drawings. The frame is also suitable for A4 size diploma. The only thing I wish is the glue used to secure the frame would be easier to come off.

When I went to purchase this frame for a certificate I have I thought wow that's expensive for one frame. But I am glad that I went ahead and purchased it. It' got a frame within a frame so it's so well made it will keep my precious certificate safe and sound. It has multiple clips per edge so it really keeps everything safe and sound. This frame is literally a work of art with how it's made, so easy to load the document in and will look brilliant when the certificate is hung on the wall. Thank you to the artist who made this. This is phenomenal and elegant.

I've bought a lot of these Umbra frames in different sizes. They tend to be about half the price on Amazon than what they are at my local Art supply stores. They're pretty much the best bang for the buck I've found. Don't worry about damage in shipping like broken glass, Amazon overcompensates. I bought a bunch of 8X10 frames and the boxes were gigantic. The frame was packed in its normal packaging and put in a Amazon box using filler. That box in turn was put inside a larger Amazon box, once again surrounded by filler.The frames are well made, they don't look like something you'd find in Wally World. The ones with two pieces of glass are supposed to make it look like the photo is 'floating' in space. Keep in mind that your wall shows through, so that your wall color becomes your matte color. I did fit a matte into 2 of mine, just needs to be the same size as a piece of the glass and its easy. That also gave me the added advantage of having 2 extra pieces of glass I used to replace other cracked or broken pieces. (Still need some more, moving killed me.) I want to paint my 'picture' wall dark green, but that will mean matting all of the 'floater' frames I have.I need to buy a bunch more frames to create another 'picture' wall. I'll get some of the European clip frames because they are really cheap, but I'll buy a variety of Umbra frames for my better work.
