I got this for my grandma dog after my sister got one for hers. Putting it on is really easy, and since it's velcro you can fit it well. The size is pretty accurate to measurements. My sister has had hers for over a year and there's a bit of wear but it still works great! It takes the dogs a bit of getting used to it but they can easily move around. It helps protect their elbows, especially for older dogs who are more sensitive!

This brace has done wonders for my dog. She is a 90lb pitbull who has joint issues. She is 9 years old now and depends on this to comfortably walk. We got her the double front leg brace. My only issue with the brace is its durability. This is the only brace we can find that fits her correctly, but often have to order a brace every few months due to it ripping (always in the same spot, under where the chest part it). She isn’t a very active dog due to her age and joint pain, yet this brace always seems to rip quite easily, which is unfortunate due to the price of it being $80. The Velcro straps make it easy to navigate and the fit holds her in tightly, I just wish the durability was a little better so that we don’t have to keep purchasing the same brace when ours starts to rip. We got my girl a size XL brace based off of the sizing chart.

We opted to purchase the brace for out two year old Australian Cattle Dog that is suffering from severe/chronic osteoarthritis. The goal was to provide her with some relief while we went through the process for a more permanent treatment which most likely will include a custom and permanent brace. We thought this brace might help and purchased one. The size of the first brace we received based on the vender's sizing chart did not fit our dog. Per the chart we ordered a large. While our dog has the girth and stalkiness of a bigger dog, she has very short legs. Therefore, the large brace fit her girth but not her leg in that it covered from her lower shoulder to just above her paw. Subsequently, I returned the large and ordered a medium (received on 9/20/2023) which was a much better fit. After reviewing all of the vender's information about placing the brace on the dog, it seemed lacking in how/where to specifically place the brace. Again, it seemed like her short leg might be the problem. I emailed the vender for some assistance but received no response. I eventually figured out the best way to place it on our dog and within a day or two we could see that it was helping. We were pretty happy with the results until we noticed that the brace was ripping at the primary stress point. So now I'm searching for a much better quality/made brace from a vendor that is responsive in providing assistance with their product.

My 12 year old mastiff was losing his ability to go down the stairs and walking was becoming terribly difficult for him. He is too heavy to lift. I purchased this shoulder support and he immediately went down the stairs for a walk. It seems to give him the support that he needed. The only bad part is within a week, he was able to put his mouth down to the side of it and ripped a big hole in it. I think I will need to order a new one. It's not crazy expensive, but enough that I don't want to have to make this a regular purchase. I wish the material was just a little tougher for him to get through so fast. However, definitely a must buy to keep him healthy. He is happy again and enjoying his walks, and I'm so happy that we are able to give him this comfort. I highly recommend this. I gave the name to my vet to recommend. I can't believe how well it worked. There are not many options that work for a dog this size. Also, we are going on week 2 and his elbows look like they are improving. For dogs that get that rough elbow this really makes a difference. This is a side benefit for us as my main concern was his walking comfortably.

Overall, this product does what it is advertised to do. I think for smaller dogs that aren’t big chewers, this would be amazing. I have 2 110lbs + Dobermans, and unfortunately, it only took one bite to tear through the thin support strap that runs across their chest. I think with some training/getting used to, I could avoid this all together, but it would be nice to see a slightly thicker and more durable strap. 1 bite lifespan doesn’t really work with larger dogs who like to chew. Ordered a second of these and hoping it lasts a little longer than the first. I will not be buying a third if I experience the same thing.

My dog had an issue with his elbow and using this for 2 weeks really helped. His limp is almost gone and the support we get from this brace has made a huge difference.

Considering the price bracket that cost me close to 13k the product should have been more sturdy, since the part of the sling facing my dog's chest tore off within a few days,my dog chewed it within no time.Since the sling is made for big breed dogs like labradors,golden retrievers & other big breeds who have a chewing tendency for anything & everything the cloth should have been a tough one.Now I have to find a good tailor to mend it.Very bad experience......(Review from India)
