These knee sleeves are a game changer for anyone who is serious about weightlifting. These sleeves provide amazing support and stability to my knees during heavy squats, deadlifts (as those are the only exercises that I use it for). I’ve noticed a significant difference in my performance and a huge decrease in knee pain. The fit is perfect, and they provide just the right amount of support. The material feels durable and comfortable. They’re mostly true to size, but I think that you should buy with your weight goals in mind (smaller size if you plan to lose weight and larger size if you plan to gain weight).
