Many people who take pain medication (Prescription) have problems with constipation due to the slowing of food transit through the digestive system. This is a very gentle but effective laxative with a stool softener added for good measure... It doesn't cause cramping, gas, bloating, nausea or upset stomach like some laxatives can do. Take 2 and within 24 hrs or less it does the job!! We used to give senna granules to our post surgical patients in the hospital and it was more effective than others.Unfortunately you can't find these any longer (must have worked too well....) But these are pretty effective.

This product works for me. I’ve struggled with constipation for decades. It controls my life. I’ve tried everything including 2 prescription medicines that caused unacceptable side effects. Taking 1 laxative never worked, 2 are too painful and I didn’t want to be dependent on them. Miralax causes too much gas. So I decided to try these.After reading all the reviews I realized the trick is to keep experimenting with the dosage. I advanced up to 6 a day at first and ended up needing at least 4 a day. I am taking 2 in the morning and 2 at night. My Gastro Dr has me taking this along with Benefiber. At first I had a tiny bit of cramping but not bad at all.I feel so much better! At 5’4 and 124 pounds I didn’t really need to lose weight but I lost 4 pounds so far. No complaints here. My stomach is no longer largely bloated. I no longer feel pregnant, and my stomach doesn’t hurt all the time anymore. To me this is a miracle.I really appreciate that this is so affordable.I think you should give this a try and don’t be afraid to experiment with the dosage. And after you’re cleaned out a bit add Benefiber for bulk.Gook luck!
