1. The pager should allow the user to change the batteries. My pagers are generally working fine after months of use, but the batteries are exhausted. The pagers are sealed and the batteries can't be replaced. 2. I cannot find replacement pagers that have Channel 1 to 5.

I hate the customer service at LRS. I buy these because my job uses them.

These are great for restaurants or anywhere that needs to summon people to a certain area while being discreet and professional. These are excellent.

Didn't last long. Seller takes no responsibility to fix. Manufacturer hard to deal with also.

Been using these for 3 years. Alway returning them for service. After warranty is up 475.00 yearly fee for fixing them. Oh and you have to pay the mailing fee.

Great product but had to send back defective pager twice won't keep a charge for a 5 hr shift Kind of a hassle
