I have seen a massive change in the few weeks taking these as I can walk a lot easier and have no pain in my knees or elbow now, I am using lighter weights when training which is not putting a heavy load on me now as I am now 62 years of age. I am back up where I was when I was in the RMC now retired. I feel amazing and living a strict disciplined life style not much pain now and I live on a protein diet with small carbs. Amazing tablets , I used to creak going down the stairs in the morning . I forget my age as I bound down them now .Genuinely really impressed .

After visiting doctor with really painful hip after walking and wondering whether I would eventually be in line for a hip replacement.. drastic I know but I was in agony sometimes - I started taking these. So I would say I’ve been on them over a year. Oh my days. Hip pain? What hip pain? After years of agony it’s gone probably after three months of taking these!

I'm going to leave an initial review of 3 stars and come back after I've completed the first bottle. It tastes rank, like drinking salt water but I added a little ribena and then downed it. If it does the job I'll put up with the taste I guess but omg, it's foul.

Knee pain gone! What more can I say

I have used this product for years. I believe it worked for my knee joints becos of the MSM. But if I come off it for a week, my knees start hurting. My sis-in-law tried it and said it worked better for her knees too compared to other supplements. It got me skiing again!
