Adorable convertible skirt/dress

This item can be worn as a tube dress or a skirt. I am very petite, and was worried that this might be too long, it fits perfectly-no hemming needed!The fabric is and nice lightweight, it was very comfortable when I wore it on a hot 90 degree day, I didn't feel like the fabric was too sheer either. It would make a great swimsuit cover-up.I really like Roxy products, and they fit true to size. I would recommend this to my friends, and buy this in other patterns/colors.
