This is a great product for bowel health an overall calming of the digestive system. I discovered through product comparison that my body prefers organic slippery elm, however it is still of valuable benefit. FYI: This tea is not packaged in individual tea bags, it is just powder sealed in plastic that you spoon into your hot water. Does the job that it is supposed to do in the book but it does taste horrible.

I take this at night before bed, and it coats my esophagus and helped me heal an esophageal lesion. For me, this is much better than taking all the anti-acid meds. I love it. (Note: this is a powder, which you could dilute to a tea. I like it as a thick, pudding-like mix.)
