I have this conveniently packaged boron supplement on my subscribe and save order. As with any supplement I advise researching the claims made for the effectiveness of the active ingredients, not only to establish their veracity, but also to ensure they fit individual health needs. Boron has a range of uses, one of which is increasing available testosterone in men.

I take this alongside, two types of magnesium as my testosterone came back slightly lower than average. Definitely makes some difference although subtle

10mg Boron Capsules
Well it’s a tablet, or rather capsule 💊, so easy to swallow. So why do I take it? Well I have severe pain in my knee and elbow due to injuries. And several weeks ago I read an article that stated Boron helped with bone strength and joint pain. So sceptically I bought a month supply (1 capsule per day) within a week I thought I was experiencing less pain so read up on Boron a bit more. I believe this retailer recommends 1 capsule a day, but for MY issues it seemed 20mg a day was the recommended dose. So for the remainder of the pack I took 1 capsule in the morning and one at night. When I ran out I realised how much it was relieving my pain/joint issues. Prior to Boron I took Tramadol, ibuprofen 500, paracetamol and other medication daily for pain, now paracetamol and only the stronger stuff on really bad days. My advice, try it it won’t harm you but it may help a lot.

Good dose and price. Can help with testosterone levels and joint pain. Someone claimed lab tests showed this was not boron but chalk. The seller disputed this claim but has not shown third party testing to back up their product.

It is too early to assess the effect, as it will be months before the main benefits will be felt. However, I can say at this time that I have not experienced any unwanted side effects. The capsules are easy to swallow and are a reasonable size. I haven't noticed any bad taste or smell. All in all, it seems to be an excellent product
