These are awesome for making fruit leather! Perfect size. Yummy!

I give this 5 stars due to the fact that I have done several fruit rolls with this item and it has never let me down. Follow your instructions and you will have great product over and over again. I would recommend this product to anyone that has children who love fruit roll ups. I now know what is going into the roll ups and know that it is a better choice for them. I also have been experimenting on combinations of fruit. WOW what a time we have deciding which one to do next.

I recently purchased a Nesco Food dehydrator and got these fruit roll-up sheet too. They are wonderful to dry fruits for delicious fruit roll ups. We had some apples and cranberries frozen from our recent harvest and this combination made a really good snack, my whole family loves them. We also tried plums which turned out very tasty and tart which is also a nice change. These sheets will quickly pay for themselves as we are using them frequently! The directions say you should spray the sheet before putting your fruit on to dry, well I did spray two and forgot to spray two, and all came off of the tray quickly and easily.

Since we got our fruit dryer just as the fall fruit season drew to a close, we haven't gotten as much use out of this and related products as we would have liked (I will potentially update this if my opinion of the product changes). We were, however, able to make a few batches of fruit roll ups before running out of cheap, fresh fruit. A word of warning to anyone purchasing, with the Nesco/American Harvest FD-80 Square-Shaped Dehydrator , the time it took to dry fruit rolls was significantly longer than what was mentioned in their booklet, almost 1.5 times as long. So if you are planning on taking them out just before bed, make sure you start earlier than suggested and then watch the progress. Beyond that, they produced delicious fruit roll ups, and worked perfectly with the dryer linked above. Cleaning was super easy, and the fruit peeled right off without much of a fight.

I bought these based off it saying it would fit my model of dehydrator. Not saying that I may have missed some detail, ,but these were just a smidge too big and would not set in the tray. I'm sure they're great and perfect, but did not fit my American Harvest Dehydrator. The only thing I can think is that I bought mine used, and perhaps newer models are bigger than older models of the same machine.

Even though these are round, they fit perfectly inside my square Nesco FD-80A Square-Shaped Dehydrator Amazon Frustration-Free Packaging . I made some fruit roll-ups the other day with some blended tropical fruit, and they turned out to be so tasty! The directions call for spraying the sheets with a non-stick spray, but doing so left a greasy residue in some places on my roll-ups. The next time I make these, I will probably use less or just try a light coating of coconut oil. These are great for making a healthy, tasty treat!

I'm dehydrating my home made soups and stews, and these are working great for me not that I've learned to rub them down with coconut oil before using them. I set my dehydrator for 115F to help preserve the nutrients, and foods just stuck like crazy before trying the coconut oil. I chose coconut as it doesn't appear to go rancid. I found an old old jar from perhaps 20 years ago and it smelled and tasted good, even though it was nearly all gone and had been opened many times before getting lost in the back of the cupboard. Animal fats go rancid for sure, so my meats are precooked and rinsed with boiling water to remove oils prior to cooking into soups or stews. So far the short term storage of dehydrated foods has worked well for me and I plan to continue putting up more of my own cooking to take with on campouts etc. Now I just have to figure out how to keep the dried foods from poking through the vacuum bags!

Just like the ones that come with the unit so no complaints there. It's nice to have extra ones to use. Just make sure you measure correctly to get the right size for your unit.

These work great! I am now making my second batch of fruit roll-ups or fruit leather as my children call it. I just followed the recipe on the packaging and used some unsweetened apple sauce and strawberries the first time. This time, I added some leftover blueberries too. I didn't follow the proportions exactly, but it came out delicious. I think any combination of fruit or proportions would work fine. I also just made a batch of chips using banana, coconut, sesame seeds and almonds. It was less liquidy than the fruit puree, but too wet to just put down on the normal screen. In the past, I have used a sheet of parchment paper which works fine, but is a bit of a pain since you have to cut the edges and a hole in the center. The fruit roll-up sheets are far better for wet mixes though because of the lip that prevents the mix from dripping. It also gives you more of a sense of how thick the mix is and of course, it's reusable.

Son extra delgados y ligeros. Pueden contener pure muy bien, pero no consistencias mas liquidas.

I have not used these new ones yet but have had no issues with my original one so see no foreseeable problems when I do use them shortly. Find the price higher than what I pay locally though which is disappointing but not a tie breaker for me.
