It's a good fan that is very quiet. The biggest surprise was the ease of installation. I've installed multiple ceiling fans over the years made by Hunter, Corsicana, Hampton Bay, etc. The fan is very light and easy to hang. Our previous fan weighed at least 40 lbs. I sat on my couch and put the fan together attaching the blades and feeding the wires through the downrod. Then, I attached the bracket to the junction box, and hung the fan. Compared to other fans I've installed, there is plenty of room for the remote unit and the wiring. The wiring was pre-bundled and was easy to clip into the remote unit from the motor. Then, I connected green, white, and black. The final step is sliding the light onto the bottom of fan. There is a QR Code linked to a short installation video and the color manual is extremely simple to follow. I plan on purchasing additional Amico fans in the future.

Update: it seems shortly after writing my original review, Amico reached out to me and found what the bug was and very promptly got it resolved. Google home now recognizes it as a light and a fan that can be properly controlled) For this price and full functionality now I feel that it is well worth it. I’ve purchased a few other products from this vendor in the past and based on their customer service and quality of their products I will happily be purchasing more from them again Original review: Don't buy if you intend to strictly use google home with this device. Poorly implemented smart integration. Uses smart life app to control. But when linked to Google home, doesn't have ability to turn on and off the the light on the fan. In smart life app, tabs are just marked as label rather than even fan and light Outside of this: Build quality is pretty decent for the price and it sees to move a lot of air, brightness is great, but doesn't get as dark as you'd hope. Like the aesthetics of it.

This fan works great and is provides all the value for the cost. It was super easy to install. My kids love the changing colors of the light and the fact that the lights will change to the beat of music. This can be a fun addition to your living space. The 6 speed capability is really nice also, easily controlled by the remote to meet your needs. Would recommend this product.

This is probably the 15th fan I’ve ever installed and this was by far the easiest. Lots of settings on the remote and the app is good quality. Only thing I noticed that I didn’t like was the remote itself feels cheap

I just installed this smart ceiling fan. This is an absolute steal for the price. The ceiling fan was easy to install. The 6 speed Fan and the 3 light settings is amazing. The light is also extremely bright for those who like plenty of light. I purchased the black ceiling fan to match my decor and it blended right in. Very contemporary and sleek for a modern look. I am considering replacing the ceiling fans in all of my room because I like the fact that it works with Alexa. Definitely worth the investment.
