Would recommend this product. We tried the aerosol first and it didn’t last very long. The wound cleanser spray was much better. Just wish it was a larger bottle.

I was looking for saline solution to flush a wound for repacking. The product description claims repeatedly that this is a saline (sodium chloride) solution.It is actually Benzalkonium Chloride, with a number of "inactive" ingredients. My doctor said NOT to use this in my situation. This may be a good product, but it is not what I wanted. Please clarify your product description. Furthermore, the bottle had a small leak which soaked through the mailer. The cap was not fully tight.
