The product is old, broken and malfunctioning. Not expected something out of 700/- rs product. Even the local fares sell a better quality than this. Worst. I have requested return pickup.

Good product. Reiki crystal product says it sells 100% original product. It looks like original product , but I have never seen any original crystals in real life. But I can say it's not highly shining like other product, normally i assume if it shines⭐✨ to brightly it means it's fake like rolled gold . So I am happy to receive it and hope this 7 chakras necklace will be helpfully to me and my family. And yes it comes with a good quality lock which will be helpful if you wear it in you neck, but I am not going to I just brought it to keep it in my house to bring more balance to attain any task and also replace negative thoughts with an optimistic towards life. Overall I like it hope I achieve want I want fingers crossed🤞. 5/5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for this product.
