I use this daily. It doesn’t seem to affect my stomach in a negative way at all. I don’t get jitters when I use this. It mixes well with a bit of juice or water. My energy level feels the same as before I take it. It doesn’t taste terrible in a bit of juice.

Easy to use, just two scoops. Since starting this I've felt less tired, joints dont feel as stiff after working long hrs. All around just feel more better.

This is an excellent product that I found through a review in Men's Health. It is micronized and mixes just fine in juice. Compared to non-micronized, you can really tell the difference. Note - the scoop only provides 2.5gms per serving...so you need 2 scoops for the bro science required 5gms. The value of taking creatine depends on so many things. If you don't eat meat, it is a must - and if you need an edge to get to higher weights in the gym, it can also help. All the other stuff seems to be anecdotal and related to research that may not describe "causality". Either way, creatine is safe, and this is a good product. R
