Men's Firm Fit 7.5-Inch Contoured Weightlifting Belt

I have been using this product for a few weeks now and found it to be quite comfortable and supportive. I think it is not as supportive as a quaility leather belt but I find it to be far more comfortable then leather. This is nice for leaving it on as I move from one excersize to another. I did not find any problems with the velcro ever becoming undone. The smaller front and larger back allow me to wear it both when I would do bench as well as squat excersizes. I have never needed an XL before but I am glad I didn't settle on a large. I wear a 32 to 34" pant size and I wear this slightly higher then my pants/shorts but just under my navel. I wear a 18 mens shirt or a 48 to 50 size mens coat so I have a undside down triangle or trapazoid shape so guys that are any larger may have a hard time getting this to fit. As for the small size I can only imagine that it would be for very small women (size 0-2) or children.

Great! After 6 other belts from 6 different companies, all identical in style and material and uselessness, this belt does the job. Great cinch, easy pull, comfortable fit, excellent material, and well worth the price.

Pros: Good price Sturdy Not very bulky Cons: Not as high quality in my opinion as the discontinued Nike Structured training belt Great belt for any training program. I always have one on hand for whenever it may be needed. It is soft on the inside, wicks sweat perfectly, and isn't to rigid nor to flexible. I find it great and definitely recommend it. It folds into virtually no space to make sure there's no reason to leave it at home. I found it excellent for back days where I just want that extra support. While I do admit that I prefer the Nike Structured training belt, I have found it impossible to find these days, so I can only imagine that it has been discontinued. I just like the extra rigid backing, but besides that they are very similar. In any case, this is my preferred training belt for the moment. Muy util y fino.

I broke my back (falling off a ladder - so don't do that, men) about 15 years ago. So I had an operation that resulted in a 3 or 4 inch steel brace on my backbone. I have constant pain, but I also need to exercise regularly. I had a "weight lifter" belt that I wore wen walking, but I it lacked support to ease the pain. This belt is superb. I wear it when exercise walking and have very little discomfort. I highly recommend it to those who need a good back support. (Yeah, and it holds your tummy in, too!)

Seems like it's sturdy for the price and good quality. But the sizing is off. Got the XL because I have a 38 inch waist, it barely fits me. It's on the very edge of the velcro so I'm not sure how this would fit someone with a 42 inch waist as their XL sizing claims. Just be warned, it may be tighter than they claim.

I’m a smaller female and was having a hard time finding a belt that didn’t gape at my waist while also providing lower back support. This design allows me to cinch the belt down at the smallest part of my waist and get really good lower back support. Highly recommend.

Works great! I thought at first how will this help, the back isn't sturdy. This being my first belt i didn't know how they were supposed to feel. I go heavy for me on my dead lifts and squats and this has saved my back. I use it for multiple exercises and it works! It only gets better as you wear it in so it forms to your back more easily. It may come down to personal preference but i think this belt is a great way to go. Also make sure you measure your stomach before buying, NOT your waist.

La primera que pedí me llegó una talla más chica. Una vez que tramité la devolución y me llegó la talla correcta debo decir que es un producto de excelente calidad. Si conocen esta marca saben que es de lo mejor que hay. Sólidamente construida, duradera, resistente, aguantadora y sobre todo destaco su comodidad. Es fácil de poner y quitar. Es liviana y me agrada que el ancho de la faja te da mayor soporte lumbar. Levantas peso con toda confianza. El unico defecto es inherente a que se atora con velcro y no con “hoyos” para hebilla de cinturón. Sin embargo este es de excelente calidad y espero que dure muchos años de “abrir y cerrar”.
