Here’s my experience so far:Pros:- powerful ingredient blend: the combination of sea moss, black seed, ashwagandha turmeric and bladdwewrack is exactly what I was searching for. It’s a comprehensive supplement for overall wellness- Made in USA: I am very careful about the quality of the supplements I use so knowing this product is made in USA gives me confidence in its safety and efficacy- fresh and secure packaging: the capsules arrived in perfectly sealed packaging, keeping everything fresh and ready to use- GMO free, gluten free, soy free- great orange flavor!!!!Cons:Maybe serving size?: you need to take 2 capsules daily which might be a minor inconvenience for some people. But for me it’s totally worth it for the benefits.

This multi-mineral supplement from Lunakai is incredible. There's no way to list here everything that's in it. But I have purchased EACH of these items separately in the past...so the costs savings is tremendous!And it's only TWO pills a day instead of 10-14 when I've had separate supplements! They are easy to swallow, I've noticed increased energy and staying hydrated better because of the trace minerals!
